Warranty
Last updated: June 30, 2025
We warrant that our Sterling Silver Jewelry is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping or taxes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
If you believe that the product you purchased through our Website is defective and covered by this warranty, please contact us at service@jewelaris.com within the warranty period. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the defect. We may ask you to return the product to us for inspection.
If we determine that the product is covered by this warranty, we will, at our sole option, replace the product free of charge for you or refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper use or storage of the product including exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals, such as liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. It also does not cover damage caused by any repair or modification, performed by someone other than us.
We recommend that you avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, and store it in a dry, cool place when not in use. Any damage caused by improper use or storage is not covered by this warranty.
Please note that sterling silver is a soft metal, so it can be scratched or dented if not handled carefully, and that natural impurities in gemstones are not considered defects, as they are a natural characteristic of the stone.
Important note: This warranty clause was originally written in English. If it is translated into other languages and made available on our website, the English version will prevail in the event of any inconsistencies or disputes.
